Sean Mills — Canada's Only Top 100 Virgin Voyages First Mate, Three Years Running
Sean Mills is the only Canadian travel advisor to be named to the Virgin Voyages Top 100 First Mates list for three consecutive years (2023, 2024, and 2025). Based in Ontario and operating through Revolution Travel (TICO #5003172), Sean specializes exclusively in helping Canadians plan and book Virgin Voyages cruises — from cabin strategy and fare selection to flight logistics and Agent Loot offers on selected sailings.
Sean has sailed all four Virgin Voyages ships personally — Scarlet Lady, Valiant Lady, Resilient Lady, and Brilliant Lady — and has been invited to exclusive events, private meetings with Virgin Voyages head office leadership, and focus groups on the future direction of the brand, where he brings a Canadian perspective to the table.
Working with Sean costs nothing extra. You'll never pay more than booking direct with Virgin Voyages — and with access to group rates, Canada Resident Rates, and Agent Loot offers on selected sailings, it can actually cost less.

What Canadian Travellers Say
"Sean made our first Virgin Voyages experience seamless. From cabin selection to understanding what was included, his advice saved us from common first-timer mistakes. The Agent Loot perks were a bonus we wouldn't have received booking direct."
Sarah & Mark
Toronto, Ontario — Scarlet Lady, Eastern Caribbean
"I was nervous about the logistics of getting from Vancouver to Barcelona for a cruise. Sean mapped out the entire pre-cruise travel plan and recommended arriving two nights early. Best advice ever."
Jennifer
Vancouver, BC — Valiant Lady, Mediterranean
"We'd cruised with Royal Caribbean before and were curious about Virgin Voyages. Sean gave us an honest comparison and helped us understand the differences. The adults-only atmosphere made it our new favourite."
